# Gym+

> Gym+ is a workout journal app for the gym, for iPhone and Android, with companion apps for Apple Watch and Wear OS. It logs sets, loads, reps and rest, reads heart rate and zones from Apple Health or Health Connect, and lets a coach send workouts to students who add them by @handle. It is published by ALAS TECHNOLOGY LLC, which holds the ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701 and ISO 37301 certifications.

Gym+ is sold as an annual subscription through the App Store and Google Play, in two plans with a 7-day free trial: Aluno (for people who train) and Coach (for coaches and personal trainers: everything in Aluno plus tools for their students). In Brazil, Aluno costs R$ 118,90 per year and Coach R$ 299,90 per year; in other regions the price is the one shown by the store. The app has more than 550 illustrated exercises, works offline, keeps workouts on the phone, shows no ads and has no trackers. The app and this site are available in 16 languages.
