How to invite a friend to Gym+

Before you start

• Sign in to your Gym+ account and keep an active subscription. Your code only shows while your subscription is active. See How to see and manage your subscription.

Step by step

1. Open the Profile tab in the bottom bar. At the end of Account & subscription, tap Invite a friend.

2. Under Your code, tap Copy code or Copy link, or tap Share invitation to send the ready message.

3. Your friend uses your code before subscribing. Each accepted invitation shows in the Statement, with its date and state.

4. Each month you earn waits for a while in case of a refund. Then it shows in Your months as available.

5. Tap Claim and then Confirm claim. The months are added to your subscription in the store you subscribe through.

Common problems

I cannot find Invite a friend

The invitation program does not exist on accounts of people aged 16 and 17. See Teen mode: how Gym+ works at 16 and 17.

I cannot claim

The months are added to your own subscription, so you need an active plan. A month only becomes available when the refund window of a paid invitation closes.

My claim is pending

The Gym+ team makes the delivery, and your statement shows it once it is done. On the App Store, it arrives as an offer code to redeem in the store.
