The league runs in seasons. You are drawn into a group of 20 to 30 people from your own division, and your workouts of the season count as points. At the end, the first places of the group move up a division and the last ones who competed move down. The divisions go from Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond up to Master.
Before you start
- The league is for people 18 or older and is closed in the teen mode. See Teen mode: how Gym+ works at 16 and 17.
- Choose a public @ or a ranking nickname, so your group knows who you are. See How to join the ranking and see your position.
Step by step
Open the Profile tab, tap Ranking and open the League tab.
On the Join the league card, tap Join. Gym+ draws your group; if it is not out yet, come back in a moment.
At the top are your division, the Season and how long is left until it ends.
The Your position card shows where you stand and your points. Below is your group, with who is Moving up, Staying or Moving down.
Train during the season to add points. When it ends, Gym+ shows whether you moved up, moved down or stayed in your division. Tap Carry on to move on to the next one.
Common problems
- The app asks me to finish my ranking profile
- The league uses your ranking profile. Open Ranking settings on the Ranking tab and complete what is missing. See How to join the ranking and see your position.
- The League tab says it is hidden
- The league stays hidden while Medals, levels and competitions is off. Turn it on again in Settings, in the Workout group.
Open in the app
In Gym+, tap the question mark on the Home screen to open the Help Center and search for “League”. The Open now button takes you straight to the screen.
