Your profile holds how you show up in Gym+ and the details of your body. Age, height, weight and activity level fill in the calculators on their own, and the weekly goal sets how many workouts count in your week.
Step by step
Open the Profile tab in the bottom bar and tap Edit profile, just below your name.
At the top, add or change your profile photo and cover.
Under Name, write what you want to be called. Tap Your @ to choose or change your @.
Under Badge, pick your badge.
Set Age, Height, Weight and Weekly goal with the plus and minus buttons. Under Activity, pick the level that best fits your routine.
Tap Done. Your changes are already saved.
Common problems
- My name was not accepted
- Gym+ checks the name before saving it. If a notice shows below the field, change the name. Until then, the last accepted name stays.
- No @ shows on my profile
- Tap Your @ and pick yours. It stays reserved for your account.
- My weekly goal looks wrong
- The Weekly goal in your profile is the same one your week on the Home screen uses. See How to set your weekly goal and follow your rhythm.
Open in the app
In Gym+, tap the question mark on the Home screen to open the Help Center and search for “Your profile”. The Open now button takes you straight to the screen.
