Gym+ shows loads in kilograms or pounds and body measurements in centimeters or inches. The change applies to the whole app and does not alter what you already logged: older values show converted to the new unit.
Step by step
On the Home screen, tap the settings button at the top, next to search. You can also get there from the Profile tab, under Settings.

Step 1 In the General group, under Units, tap kg or lb.
Right below, under Length, tap cm or in.
Go back to your workout or your progress. Loads, volume and measurements already show in the unit you chose.
Common problems
- My older loads changed numbers
- It is the same load, only converted to the new unit. Switch back to the previous unit and the numbers are as before.
- Measurements stay in centimeters after switching to pounds
- You already chose a Length earlier. Switch it to in as well.
Open in the app
In Gym+, tap the question mark on the Home screen to open the Help Center and search for “Units”. The Open now button takes you straight to the screen.
