How to export your account data
Download a file with everything the Gym+ server keeps for your account: sign-in methods, plan, purchases, coaches and consents.

The account data export makes a file with what the Gym+ server keeps about you: your sign-in methods, your plan and purchases, your coaches, your consents and your check-ins. It is not the backup, which only holds what is on this phone.
Before you start
- Sign in to your account and be online. The export comes from the server.
Step by step
Open the Profile tab.
Scroll to Account & subscription.
Tap Export account data.
When the file is ready, choose where to save it or who to share it with. It comes as a JSON file with the date in its name.
Common problems
- Could not export the account data
- Check the connection and try again. If it keeps failing, contact support. See How to contact Gym+ support.
- The option is missing from Profile
- It only shows while you are signed in. Sign in to your account and open Profile again.
Open in the app
In Gym+, tap the question mark on the Home screen to open the Help Center and search for “Exporting account data”. The Open now button takes you straight to the screen.
