How to delete your Gym+ account

Before you start

• Make a backup if you want to keep the data on this phone. See How to back up and import your data.
• If you want a copy of what the server keeps, export your account data first. See How to export your account data.

Step by step

1. Open the Profile tab and scroll to Account & subscription.

2. Tap Delete account.

3. Read the notice and tap Send code. If you change your mind, tap Keep account.

4. Enter the code that reached your email.

5. Tap Delete for good. The account is deleted as soon as you confirm, and Gym+ shows Your account was deleted.

Common problems

The code did not arrive

Check your spam folder and the email address of your account, and tap Resend code on the code screen.

My account has no email

In that case, Gym+ asks for a second confirmation instead of a code. Read the notice and tap Delete for good.

The app says it could not confirm the deletion

Check your connection and try again. Until the deletion is confirmed, the phone keeps your data.
