Home is the first tab of Gym+. It brings together the workout of the day, your week, your routines and suggested exercises, so you can start training without looking for anything.
Step by step
Open Gym+. Home is the first tab of the bottom bar.

Step 1 The card of the day holds today's workout, built from your plan or your coach's program. Tap Start workout when you are ready.
Right below is your week. Each day you train fills part of your weekly goal. Tap a day to see what you did.
Scroll down to see your routines and the exercises suggested for you.
At the top are search, which finds any exercise, routine, screen or setting, and the question mark, which opens the Help Center.
Common problems
- The card of the day does not suggest a routine
- The suggestion of the day can be turned off in settings. Check that it is on and that you have a routine planned for today. See How to create and use workout routines.
- A workout is missing from the week
- Only finished workouts count. A discarded workout is not saved. See How to start a workout and log your sets.
Open in the app
In Gym+, tap the question mark on the Home screen to open the Help Center and search for “The home screen”. The Open now button takes you straight to the screen.
